How do bicycles arrive when ordered online?
All bikes are professionally pre-assembled and tuned by our mechanics before being packed. They arrive 85-95% assembled; you will typically only need to install the front wheel, handlebars, pedals, and saddle.
What is your return policy for bikes and gear?
We offer a 30-day return policy on most items. Bicycles must be in new, unridden condition with original packaging. Accessories and apparel must have all tags attached.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we ship bicycles and oversized items within the continental United States. Smaller components and apparel may be eligible for international shipping depending on the destination.
How do I choose the correct frame size?
Each product page includes a specific size chart based on rider height and inseam. If you are between sizes, we generally recommend sizing down for more agility or sizing up for more stability.
What kind of warranty comes with my purchase?
Every bicycle sold at Bicycle Warehouse comes with a full manufacturer's warranty covering frame defects. Components like drivetrains and brakes are covered by their respective manufacturer warranties, typically for one year.
